The Blaze 9 Ball Tour the best
one day event, made its way to Atlantic City Billiard Club in
Egg Harbor NJ. A strong field of 30 players came out to play.
Leading the top half of the bracket was Joey Testa with wins
over Edwin Perez 7-2, Jamie Garber 7-0, Allen Hopkins 7-6, and
Shaun Wilkie 7-6. Leading the bottom half of the bracket was
Tom Bow with wins over Damon Ooten 7-5, John Spencer 7-5, Mario
Sahatjian 7-1, and Justin Paris 7-2.
Playing for the hot seat was Joey Testa vs Tom Bow this was
all Joey Testa winning the match easily 7-1 sending Tom Bow
to the one lost side where Allen Hopkins was waiting for him.
This too was a one way match with Alan Hopkins winning 7-0 to
get to the finals.
In the finals it was a rematch with Allen Hopkins vs Joey Testa
this was a great match that went back and forth with Allen Hopkins
winning it at the end 7-5.
