Green Room Billiards in Maple Shade NJ hosted
the Blaze 9 Ball Tour 21st Stop. Players like Ronnie Alcano,
Mike Davis, Park Shin, Ryan McCreesh, Shaun Wilkie, Matt Krah,
and Eddie Abraham were a few of the players that came out to
play.
Leading the way on the top half of the bracket was Billy Kirshner
with wins over Mike Fingers 7-2, Froty 7-6, David Abraham 7-6
and Shaun Wilkie 7-5. Leading the bottom half of the bracket
was Ronnie Alcano with wins over Bill Smith Jr. 7-3, Nick Pecuri
7-0, Ryan McCreesh 7-4, and Eddie Abraham 7-2.
Playing for the hot seat was Billy Kirshner vs Ronnie Alcano,
this was a great match Billy Kirshner jumped out to a 5-1 lead
but Ronnie Alcano came right back winning the next 6 games and
the match 7-5 sending Billy Kirshner to the one lost side and
giving Ronnie Alcano the hot seat.
On the one lost side it was Shaun Wilkie waiting for Billy Kirshner,
this was a one sided match with Shaun Wilkie taking control
of the match from the start and winning easily 7-3 sending him
to the finals.
In the finals it was Ronnie Alcano vs Shaun Wilkie, this was
a match that went back and forth but when it was all done it
was Ronnie Alcano that came away with the win 9-6. |
