it's way to the Green Room Billiards in Maple Shade NJ. A strong
field came out to play. Players like Mike Davis, Danny Basavich,
Matt Krah, Eddie Abraham, and Shaun Wilkie to name a few.
Leading the way on the top half of the bracket was Eddie Abraham
with wins over Chuck Whims 7-2, Al Lapena 7-3, Matt Krah 7-1,
and Al Waldo 7-2. Leading the way on the bottom half of the
bracket was Shaun Wilkie with wins over Gary Barnish 7-6, Brett
Stottlemyer 7-0, Carmen Lombardo 7-4, Ed Sheahan 7-3 and Phil
Sherman 7-2.
Playing for the hot seat it was Shaun Wilkie Vs Eddie Abraham,
this was a great match that went to the hill with Shaun Wilkie
coming out on top 7-6 and sending Eddie Abraham to the one lost
side. On the one lost side it was Eddie Abraham with a win over
Phil Sherman 7-3 to get to the finals and a rematch against
Shaun Wilkie.
In the finals it was Shaun Wilkie Vs Eddie Abraham this time
Abraham took control of the match from the beginning and never
looked back winning the match 9-6. |
